Mubadala hosts one of the most infamous Pro Sailing races in the world: Sail GP, New York City.

To make the most of their presence at the race we designed and built out three unique spaces: a VIP welcome Reception area built for hospitality, a VIP lounge at the race built for networking in comfort, and lastly: a Fan Fest zone filled with multiple engagement moments, right at the entrance of the race grounds on Governors Island.

Inside this space, we combined an AR “viewfinder” learning experience, an AI sailing navigation game pitting users against past racers, a GIF photo booth moment, swag giveaways, and prize motivated digital questionnaires to help guests dive headfirst into the spirit of Sail GP and learn more about Mubadala’s mission of investment, sports education, and sustainable practices.
