The Mubadala City DC Open tennis tournament draws over 81,000 fans to Washinton, DC over a week of high-intensity matches. However, plenty of the action happens off of the tennis court. Some of those off-court attractions included our VIP lounge overlooking the central stadium court, William H.G. Fitzgerald Tennis Stadium, and the multi-function fan village activation that included:

A proprietary motion tracking “Dropshot Challenge” video game to test guests’ reaction time and athletic instinct, returning serves from multiple virtual cannons to specific point-earning targets.

Two AR Viewfinder stations that use tracking points in real space to reveal details about Mubadala and their mission to empower and educate through tennis.

A prize motivated virtual quiz for guests entering the activation. And a special tennis themed photo moment.

All in a space built to host and entertain shoulder to shoulder crowds, for days.
